AGM: Monday, February 23 at 6:30 pm.
Location: Jean's Place (Lone Pine Professional Centre) 4911 -51 st. in Olds.
Parking and entrance north of the Olds Museum.
2026 Memberships Due: Voting Memberships are $15 - paid once-yearly.

Fall Session Fee: $ 125.00 (if the rider attended the Spring Session and has already paid the $10 Annual
membership fee)
$135.00 (if the rider has NOT paid the $10 Annual Membership Fee).
Cart Classes Fee: $85 per rider
** Please note: There is a $25 late fee for Rider forms / fees submitted after August 28*

Spaces are very limited so a rider will not be considered registered unless all required forms and fees are in to Karla and the available
equines and required number of volunteers are an appropriate match.
Note: Riders need an updated medical completed every three years or if there has been a change in their medical condition.
